Legacy Law Offices LLP has advised Xtranet Technologies Ltd. on its proposed initial public offering, with the company filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Mainboard for a fully book-built issue of ₹190 crore.
