Alpha Vision Inc. has transferred the business of Longitude 74 Studio Pvt Ltd (an affiliate of Alpha Vision), to Z Home India Private Limited (a subsidiary of Zonda Home Canada Inc.).
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as legal counsel to Alpha Vision and Longitude 74 Studio on this deal.
