Bank Reverse Merger: Luthra & Luthra on Ujjivan Group Reverse Merger

Ujjivan Group’s listed companies have gone through a Reverse Merger- Ujjivan Financial Services Limited, an RBI registered Listed NBFC, into and with its subsidiary company viz; Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, a listed Bank. 

The said reverse merger received the final sanction of the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore on April 19, 2024. This deal value is approximately ₹70 billion.
