Crystal Crop Protection Limited has acquired the 'Sadanand' brand of cotton seeds from Kohinoor Seed Fields India Private Limited.

The deal involved Crystal Crop acquiring the cotton seeds business from Kohinoor under the brand name 'Sadanand' by way of a slump sale; lock, stock and barrel.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Crystal Crop in this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Sabrina Afroze (Partner) and Ankir Sahoo (Managing Associate).
