Luthra advises Kidvento on US$ 2.5 million investment round

Kidvento Education and Research Private Limited (Kidvento) has raised US$2.5 million funding (approximately ₹20.4 crore) from angel investors of Middle East and the UK for building Ulipsu, its multi-potential OTT like learning platform. The investment amount was raised in tranches.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Kidvento on the round.

The transaction team was led by Partner Sarika Raichur and ably assisted by Associate Shaurya Jakher.

The Company is on a mission to create a healthy relationship between children and screens by converting passive screen time to active screen time with age-appropriate learning content.
