Promoters of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited, Anupam and Anshu Dhanuka, have sold off their 48.42% stake in the company to Nazara Technologies Limited for ₹300 Crores.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the legal counsel for the promoters Anupam and Anshu Dhanuka on this stake sale.

The transaction team consisted of Nishant Singh (Partner), Saksham Madan (Managing Associate) and Varshini Ramesh (Associate).

Paper Boat Apps is the developer and publisher of popular children’s digital gamified learning app ‘Kiddopia’.
