Mankind Pharma Limited has successfully incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary in Russia, “Mankind Pharma LLC”.
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Mankind Pharma on this process. The Firm’s role included advising Mankind on the structuring of the subsidiary, coordinating with Russian counsel, and assisting with documentation and regulatory processes to ensure smooth execution of the incorporation while navigating the regulatory landscape in light of the prevailing international sanctions.
