Luthra assists Crystal Crop in raising private equity investment from IFC and EAF

The investment amount is valued at ₹300 crores ($37 million approx).

Crystal Crop Protection Limited has raised private equity investment of ₹300 crores ($37 million approx.) from International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Emerging Asia Fund (EAF).  

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India assisted Crystal Crop in finalising the investment agreements and closing of the transaction. 

The transaction team consisted of Avirup Nag (Partner), Sabrina Afroze (Partner) and Kashish Singhal (Associate).
