Luthra assists SBI on financing Hinduja Renewables Energy and Solarfield Energy

Financial assistance of up to ₹595 crore has been sanctioned by SBI.

State Bank of India has sanctioned financial assistance for Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited and Solarfield Energy Private Limited, aggregating up to ₹595 Crore.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised SBI on this financing deal.
