Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited has acquired a distillery and bottling facility at District Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

M Mulla Associates advised Allied Blenders on all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, transaction structuring and the finalisation of transaction documents which included Sale Deeds for the sale of land of 35 acres along with a Facility Assets Transfer Agreement and License Transfer Agreement.

The transaction team was led by Maneck Mulla (Managing Partner), with assistance from Riddhi Dadia (Principal Associate) and Aliasgar Challawala (Associate).

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening and expanding Allied Blenders' manufacturing units across the country.
