M. T. Miskita & Co advised the Adani group, successful bidder of the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, on a spectrum of legal, regulatory, and strategic aspects of one of India’s most ambitious urban renewal initiatives.

In addition to advising on project documentation with the State Government, and a wide array of legal and policy issues, the firm also completed title due diligence of lands of 2,400 acres in Mumbai’s eastern suburban intended for rehabilitation of slum dwellers.
