Hortifrut S A, an MNC joins forces with IG Berries Private Ltd, a leading grower, distributor, importer and exporter of fresh fruits within India - by investing US$ 20 million over multiple tranches.
Mansukhlal Hiralal & Co advised IG Berries. The team is led by Bhushan Shah (Partner) with the assistance of Shreya Dalal (Senior Associate), Karishma Motla (Senior Associate), Rishab Jain (Associate) and Keerthi Kamath (Associate).

The team comprised Shiladitya Bannerjee (Partner), Garima Tyagi (Senior Associate) and Niharika Chaturvedi (Senior Associate).
The investment will be used to transform the berry business across India in the years to come.
