Anagram, SAM, Trilegal, AZB act on the Mensa Group reverse merger to India

The reverse-merger aligns Mensa’s corporate structure with its India-focused operations and future growth plans

After receiving the approval from NCLT, Chandigarh, Mensa Brand Technologies Pte. Ltd. has made a reverse merger into Mensa Brand Technologies Private Limited (operating as BRND.ME), and re-domiciled from Singapore to India.

Anagram Partners advised the Mensa Group on this reverse merger and re-domiciliation.
