(B2B) custom manufacturing platform Karkhana.io has secured approximately ₹52.3 crore from a Series A fundraise round led by Arkam Ventures and Susquehanna Asia Venture.

NovoJuris Legal advised the Investors on the legal due diligence of Karkhana.io and skillfully handled drafting and negotiations of the transaction documents.
