Forest Essentials, a leading manufacturer of luxury ayurvedic skincare, haircare and beauty products in India, has entered into agreements with the Apparel Group, the leading fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai; for the distribution and marketing of Forest Essentials' products in the Middle East, including in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Forest Essentials and were responsible for drafting and negotiating the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Anubhav Chakravorty (Associate) and Shuchi Dutta (Associate).

This collaboration will mark Forest Essentials' expansion into the GCC market, with the opening of its first standalone store at Dubai Hills slated to take place in April 2023.
