Leading global hotel operator Hilton Hotels has entered into an agreement with CKR Resorts Private Limited for the operation of a hotel in Hyderabad under Hilton’s flagship brand - the Hilton Hyderabad Resort & Spa.
Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to CKR Resorts and were responsible for reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents, including the branding and management agreement between the parties.
The transaction was led by a team comprising Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner) and Shuchi Dutta (Associate).
The hotel will spread across 15 acres in Shamirpet, Hyderabad, near Genome Valley, and will have 115 rooms and 13 villas.
