Renowned chef Manish Mehrotra has launched Manish Mehrotra Culinary Arts (MMCA). MMCA has been co-founded by Amit Khanna, founder of Amaya Ventures, and Binny Bansal, co-founder of Flipkart.

Obhan & Associates advised Amaya Ventures, including the drafting and negotiation of investment documentation. The firm also provided counsel on the intellectual property licensing framework between Chef Manish Mehrotra and MMCA - a crucial component given the brand-driven nature of the venture.

The transaction was led by Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), with support from Akanksha Dua (Partner), Aastha Srivastava (Senior Associate), and Arnav Joshi (Associate).
