Ola is raising $100 million from state-run Bank of Baroda (BoB) to partly finance the first phase of construction of the world’s largest electric two-wheeler factory.

The manufacturing plant is being built in Tamil Nadu's Kishnagiri district and is expected to have an initial capacity of 2 million electric vehicles per year, reported Mint

Khaitan & Co acted for Ola and the team was led by Partner Smita Jha along with Senior Associate Shivanshu Puhan and Associate Riddhiman Sarkar.
