Pioneer Legal acts on Ykone's acquisition of majority stake in marketing agency Barcode

French International Influencer Marketing Agency Ykone S.A.S. has acquired a majority stake in Barcode Entertainment (Barcode Influencer Marketing Private Limited).

Ykone has bought a 70% stake in the Mumbai-based Barcode for an estimated valuation of $18-20 million, reported ET.

Pioneer Legal acted for Barcode in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Shoubhik Dasgupta (Partner), Eishan Agnihotri (Principal Associate), Rugwed Dhage (Associate) and Abhishek Gaur (Associate).
