Music artist Badshah's management company TM Ventures has acquired a stake in the Mumbai franchise in the upcoming Ultimate Kho Kho League.
Pioneer Legal advised TM Ventures Private Limited, Badshah's artist management agency on the transaction and assisted with structuring of the transaction, negotiation and finalization of the definitive agreements and the closing of the transaction.
The transaction team consisted of Shoubhik Dasgupta (Partner) assisted by Eishan Agnihotri (Senior Associate), Soumya Pradhan and Abhishek Gaur (Associates)
AZB & Partners represented Ultimate Kho Kho League with a team led by Partners Sachin Mehta and Shivranjani Ralawata along with Senior Associate Akshita Alok.
This team of AZB is now part of TT&A. Last month, Gautam Saha had left AZB & Partners along with his team of 11 partners to join TT&A.
