Isprava Vesta Private Limited has conducted a Series A capital raise which was led by Symphony Luxre Holdings Pte. Ltd along with other investors.

Pioneer Legal assisted Isprava by assisting in structuring of the transaction, drafting and negotiating the following transaction documents such as Share Subscription Agreement, and Shareholders Agreement, assisting in reviewing the demerger scheme to be filed with NCLT, Mumbai and assisting in other general advisory and closing related aspects of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner), Mayank Mehta (Partner), Adwait Munje (Senior Associate) and Khushboo Jha (Associate).

Desai & Dewanji acted as legal advisors for Symphony in this deal.
