Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has participated in the equity portion of the Series C capital raise round of Ecozen Solutions Private Limited.

Pioneer Legal advised and assisted EXIM Bank in this deal. The Firm reviewed and negotiated the following transaction documents: Term Sheet, Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Deed of Adherence.

The transaction team consisted of Mayank Mehta (Partner) and Khushboo Jha (Associate).

IC Universal Legal, Chennai were the legal advisors to Ecozen Solutions Private Limited.
