Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has participated in the equity portion of the Series C capital raise round of Ecozen Solutions Private Limited.

Pioneer Legal advised and assisted EXIM Bank in this deal. The Firm reviewed and negotiated the following transaction documents: Term Sheet, Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Deed of Adherence.
