Pioneer Legal, IndusLaw act on participation of Zephyr Peacock Fund in Ripplr's Series B Investment Round

Out of the $40 million raised in the round, Zephyr Peacock Fund invested approximately ₹20 crores ($2.43 million).

Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund participated in the Series B investment round of Ripplr (Intelligent Retail Private Limited) and invested approximately ₹20 crores ($2.43 million) out of the $40 million raised in the round.

Pioneer Legal assisted Zephyr Peacock Fund in the following manner:

  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, revising and finalising the Share Purchase Agreement, the Share Subscription Agreement, and the Shareholders Agreement.

  • Assisting in other general advisory and closing related aspects of the transaction.

The deal team consisted of Sameer Raina (Principal Associate) and Adwait Munje (Principal Associate).

Closing: Sameer Raina (Principal Associate), Adwait Munje (Principal Associate) and Rutvik Shukla (Associate).
