Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund participated in the Series B investment round of Ripplr (Intelligent Retail Private Limited) and invested approximately ₹20 crores ($2.43 million) out of the $40 million raised in the round.
Pioneer Legal assisted Zephyr Peacock Fund in the following manner:
Assisting in drafting, reviewing, revising and finalising the Share Purchase Agreement, the Share Subscription Agreement, and the Shareholders Agreement.
Assisting in other general advisory and closing related aspects of the transaction.
