Poovayya & Co advised Metashot ("Gillidanda Tech Private Limited”) on raising ₹11 crore from an early stage funding round which was led by Sauce VC and saw participation from Sharrp Ventures and Panthera Peak Capital.

The firm's transaction team was led by Siddhartha George (Partner), with support from Neytra Nayak (Senior Associate) and Shagun Singh (Associate).

The MetaShot app enables gameplay with others globally. The company focuses on bringing a console-like gaming experience to a wider audience through accessible technology.
