In a significant move to streamline its asset portfolio, ITC Limited has successfully disposed of an unproductive asset located at Sadahalli, near the airport.

The asset, encompassing approximately 12 acres of converted land had been under ITC's possession for long period but was deemed non-performing, prompting the company to take strategic action to optimize its real estate holdings.

Poovayya & Co was instrumental in advising ITC Limited on the structuring of the transaction including end to end advisory to effectively dispose of the non-productive asset.
