Rajani Associates, Bharucha & Partners act on Divgi Torque Transfer Systems IPO

The amount raised in the IPO was ₹4,121 million. The fresh issue of shares was for ₹1800 million and the Offer for Sale was for ₹2321 million.

The selling shareholders of Divgi Torque Transfer Systems Limited have made an Offer for Sale under Divgi's Initial Public Offering. Oman Investment Funds and NRJN (Nandan Nilekani Trust) were the 2 funds that were part of the Selling Shareholders. 

The amount raised in the IPO was ₹4,121 million. The fresh issue of shares was for ₹1,800 million and the Offer for Sale was for ₹2,321million.

Inga Ventures Private Limited and Equirius Capital Private Limited were the Book Running Lead Managers in this transaction.

Rajani Associates acted for and advised all the selling shareholders, in relation to the Offer for Sale under the IPO. The scope of work included reviewing the DRHP, RHP the Prospectus, and various IPO Agreements and more importantly hand holding all the Selling Shareholders throughout the process.

The transaction team was headed by Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner).

Bharucha & Partners advised Inga Ventures and Equirus on this IPO.
