Gravita India Limited has signed definitive agreements to acquire 98.95% shareholding  of Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited, a material subsidiary of SPV Global Trading Limited, for ₹559.08 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Rashtriya Metal Industries on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Amish Shroff (Partner) and Karen Issac (Principal Associate).

Rashtriya Metal Industries specializes manufacturing and recycling copper and copper alloy products.
