Rajani Associates has advised the Committee of Independent Directors of Akzo Nobel India Limited in relation to the reasoned recommendations to be issued by the Committee on the Open Offer by JSW Paints Limited and others.

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Rajeev Nair (Partner) and S. Shivganesh (Senior Associate).

The Open Offer was triggered pursuant to the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement amongst JSW Paints and the promoters of the Akzo Nobel India to acquire their shareholding in the Company.
