Savani Financials Limited has raised ₹49 crores by way of a Rights Issue of partly paid-up equity shares.
Rajani Associates acted for and advised Savani Financials on this rights issue.

SFL is a non-deposit-taking Non-Banking Financial Company. SFL was dormant for about 10 years before the Rights Issue and intends to utilise the funds to augment their capital base and revive their business operations as a NBFC.
