Share India Securities Limited has raised ₹804.04 crores by way of a Rights Issue on Fast Track basis. The Rights Issue was for 6,38,131 fully paid-up equity shares along with 1,08,48,227 detachable warrants. 

Rajani Associates acted for and advised Share India Securities and their scope of work included: (i) conducting legal diligence on the Issuer; (ii) preparing and finalizing the Letter of Offer; (iii) reviewing and drafting the transaction agreements; (iv) Preparing and finalizing ancillary documents. 

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), Rahul Pandey (Principal Associates), Himanshu Pandey (Associate), Samraddhi Shetty (Associate), and Niharika Payannavar (Associate). 

Share India Securities is, inter alia, engaged in stock broking, trading, clearing, mutual fund distribution, and depository services, along with providing NBFC, insurance broking, algo trading, and investment banking services.
