Dtwelve Spaces Private Limited (Stanza) has raised USD 100 million in Series D fundraise from Matrix Partners India, Alpha Wave Incubator and Falcon Edge Capital (Falcon Edge) and Sequoia Capital.

Stanza provides full-stack affordable accommodation facilities to students and migrating people which include food, housekeeping, security and other amenities.

Currently, the company has a presence in around 15 cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad and Indore.

Rajaram Legal advised Stanza with a team led by Partner Priyadarshani Sherchan along with Senior Associate Priya Makhijani and Associate Vibhu Khanna.

Falcon Edge was represented by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Sequoia was represented by IndusLaw.
