Online gaming community platform Turnip has raised $12.5 million in a funding round co-led by Greenoaks and existing investor Elevation Capital.

Sahai & Co. advised Turnip and its founders and the team was led Partner Savyasachi K. Sahai along with Associate Kushagra Aman.

Gunderson Dettmer Partner Jolyn Ang along with Benjamin Teo and Soo Guo Kai advised GreenOaks.

Elevation Capital was advised by in-house team led by Ramanuj Gopalan.

The round also saw participation from SEA Capital, Vibe Capital, Andrew Chen (partner, Andreessen Horowitz), Harshil Mathur and Shashank Kumar (Razorpay founders), Akshay Kothari (COO, Notion), among others.
