Sahai, IndusLaw, Rajaram, JSA act on Vegrow $13 million fund raise

The $13 million investment was made in a series A investment round co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Elevation Capital

Vegrow, a business-to-business agritech platform for fruits and vegetables, has raised $13 million from Lightspeed India and Elevation Capital in its Series A round of financing.

Sahai & Co. acted for Vegrow and the team was led by Founding Partner Savyasachi K. Sahai.

IndusLaw advised Lightspeed India and Elevation Capital and the team was led by Partner Manish Gupta including Principal Associate Nikita Goyal and Associate Amit Nain.

The Due Diligence was led Manish Gupta (Partner) and Shreya Suri (Partner) and the team included Nikita Goyal (Principal Associate), Nilima Pant (Associate), Amit Nain (Associate) and Vivek Tiwari (Associate).The round also saw participation from existing investors Matrix Partners India, Ankur Capital, Better Capital and Titan Capital.

Matrix was represented by Rajaram Legal led by Prasad Subramanyan (Partner)

Ankur Capital was represented by JSA led by Aditya Rathi (Partner).
