SAM, CAM act on Aye Finance ₹1,010 Crore IPO

The IPO supports the company’s growth strategy and strengthens its capital base for expanding credit access to underserved micro enterprises.

Aye Finance Limited has raised approximately ₹1,010 crore ($111.42 million) from an initial public offering of equity comprising a fresh issue worth ₹710 crore and an offer for sale of ₹300 crore by existing shareholders.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Aye Finance on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Prashant Gupta (Partner and National Practice Head - Capital Markets), Sayantan Dutta (Partner) and Trishita Dasgupta (Partner), with support from Ritika Khare (Senior Associate), Associates Aishwariya Chaturvedi, Deeksha Dhingra and Mihira Jaggi.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the book running lead managers i.e. Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited on this IPO.
