Jupiter Electric Mobility Private Limited, a subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Limited, has acquired the technology and business assets of Log 9 Materials Scientific Private Limited for its Railway Battery and Electric Truck Battery Divisions.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Jupiter Electric Mobility on this acquisition deal.
The transaction team was led by Abhishek Guha (Partner), Mahesh Wasadikar (Partner), Yash Modi (Senior Associate) and Deesha Vyas (Associate) and was assisted by Hemant Krishna (Partner) and Dhruv Khurana (Associate).
SAM had also recently advised Jupiter Wagons on their strategic agreement with Schuler.
