SAM, Bharucha, CAM, and Khaitan act on InsuranceDekho ₹1,235.2 crore fundraise

Approximately ₹1,235.2 crores ($150 million) was raised through the fundraise.

InsuranceDekho has raised approximately ₹1,235.2 crores ($150 million) through their Series A fundraising, the largest Series A fundraising for an InsurTech startup in South Asia and South East Asia.

The funding was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and TVS Capital Fund. Investcorp, Avataar Venture Partners, and LeapFrog Investments also participated in the funding round.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised CarDekho, the holding company and sponsor of InsuranceDekho, on the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Dubey (Partner) and Mayank Malhotra (Principal Associate).

Bharucha & Partners advised InsuranceDekho on the transaction.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Goldman Sachs on the transaction.
