SAM, IndusLaw, Jerome Merchant act on Country Delight $25 million fund raise from Elevation Capital and IIFL PE Fund

Country Delight, operated by Beejapuri Dairy Pvt. Ltd, was founded by Chakradhar Gade and Nitin Kaushal in 2013.

Milk producer and distributor Country Delight owned by Beejapuri Dairy Private Limited has raised $25 million (Rs 185 crore) in its Series C round of funding led by Elevation Capital and IIFL Private Equity Fund.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Beejapuri Dairy. The team was led by Partner Harsh Kumar along with Senior Associate Shambhawi Mishra and Associates Sanya Bahl and Kanika Mittal.

IndusLaw advised Elevation Capital and the team included Partners Manish Gupta and Anubha Sital and Senior Associate Chitvan Bakshi.

Jerome Merchant & Partners advised IIFL Private Equity Fund and the team was led by Partner Sameer Sibal along with Associates Rishabh Amber Gupta, Nirav Bakshi and Paralegal Gayathri Kamath.
