Khazanah Nasional Berhad has made an investment in Wow Momo Foods by way of subscription to certain class of CCPS and purchase of securities from certain existing shareholders of Wow Momo, cumulatively for an aggregate amount of ₹350 crores (approximately $42.1 million).
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Tanjung Buai Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a special purpose vehicle of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, in this investment deal.
