SAM, Khaitan, Phoenix Legal act on Seekho $28 million fundraise

Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (Seekho) has raised $28 million from a Series B fundraise led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Goodwater Capital, with participation from existing investors, Lightspeed India Partners and Elevation Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Seekho on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Manish Gupta (Partner), with support from Rashi Singh (Principal Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).
