Aequs Limited has raised ₹1,100 crore from an Initial Public Offering and pre-IPO placement to key institutional investors.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Aequs on the IPO and the pre-IPO placement.

The transaction was led by Nikhil Naredi (Partner), along with Tarun Srikanth (Principal Associate), Shruthi Hariharan (Senior Associate), Associates Anoushka PV, Niharika Payannavar and Richa Singh.
