Samisti Legal acted as the legal counsel to Yapan Bio. The team was led by Prashant Jain (Partner) and assisted by Anita Dugar (Principal Associate).

Trilegal acted for Piramal Pharma.

The investment will allow Piramal Pharma to strengthen Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business, by broadening its service offerings.
