Saraf and Partners assists Adani Power on ₹7,500 crore NCD issuance

This transaction marks the largest-ever debt issuance by an Adani Group company in the domestic debt market.

Adani Power Limited has made an issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, aggregating to ₹7,500 crore.

Saraf and Partners advised Adani Power on this NCD issuance.

The transaction team was led by Aroop Das (Partner) and comprised Anupam Pandey, Ashwini Chavan, Aastha Dubey, and Simran Bherwani (Associates).

The transaction team was guided and supervised by Abir Lal Dey (Partner).

This transaction marks the largest-ever debt issuance by an Adani Group company in the domestic debt market and represents Adani Power Limited’s first issuance under SEBI’s new regulatory framework governing private placements of non-convertible securities.
