Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Neuralzome Cybernetics has raised $2.4 million pre-seed funding which was led by 8X Ventures, with participation from Turbostart, Avinya Ventures, Saka Ventures, Appreciate Capital, Astir Ventures, CIIE (IIMA), SIDBI, and Heston Castelino.

Sequitur - Advocates & Legal Consultants represented the lead investor 8X Ventures in this fundraise. The Firm assisted 8X Ventures in drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Utpal Kant (Managing Partner), Siddhant Bhardwaj (Associate) and Prateek Arora (Associate).
