Bajaj Finserv Health Limited has acquired Vidal Healthcare Services Private Limited for approximately ₹324.4 crore ($39,100,470).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Vidal Healthcare Services Private Limited and its group entities on this acquisition deal.
