SNG & Partners acts on the issuance of non-convertible debentures by Macrotech Developers Limited

The debentures have face value of up to ₹200,00,00,000 which were issued in two tranches.

Macrotech Developers' investors and debenture trustees subscribed to 2000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹10,00,000 each.

The debentures, aggregating up to ₹200,00,00,000, were issued and allotted by Macrotech Developers Limited in two tranches:-

  • The First issuance was of 990 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹10,00,000 each aggregating up to INR 99,00,00,000

  • The Second issuance was of 1010 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹10,00,000 each aggregating up to ₹101,00,00,000.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.

The transaction team consisted of Amit Aggarwal (Senior Partner), Aditya Vikram Dua (Associate Partner), Aniket Sawant (Senior Associate), Parvathi Menon (Associate).
