The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) in relation to an external commercial borrowing of an amount up to $75,000,000 with a green shoe option of an amount up to $250,000,000 extended to IIFL Finance Limited.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to HSBC. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of transaction documents.
