APL Apollo Building Products Private Limited has issued and allotted 20,000 senior, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹1,00,000 each aggregating up to ₹200,00,00,000.
Further, repayment of outstanding amounts shall be guaranteed by way of a corporate guarantee issued by APL Apollo Tubes Limited.
SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
