Varroc Engineering Limited has issued and allotted 25,000 senior, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹1,00,000 each aggregating up to ₹250,00,00,000.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee. The Firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
