SNG & Partners advises SBI on sanctioning ₹443 crore to Rupa Group

SNG & Partners advised State Bank of India (SBI) on sanctioning LRD Term Loan Facilities aggregating to ₹443.25 crores to Rupa Renaissance Limited and Rupa Infotech & Infrastructure Private Limited.

The firm acted as the legal counsel to SBI on this financing deal. The Firm played a pivot role in providing comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing, negotiation and finalization of transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Anju Gandhi (Partner), Rashmi Raveendran (Associate Partner), Mukti Jagirdar (Associate) and Arnab Das (Associate).

The Rupa Group will use the funds for refinancing of existing facility, construction of company’s ongoing projects and acquisitions of operational warehouse projects in Navi Mumbai and other parts of Mumbai.
