State Bank of India has granted a rupee term loan facility to FA Power Renewables Hindupur Private Limited, for the purpose of setting up a ground mounted, grid connected, solar power generation project at Neelakandapuram Village, Madakasira Mandal, Madakasira, Sri Sathya Sai, Andhra Pradesh, India, under open access scheme.
SNG & Partners assists State Bank of India on this financing deal. The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the project documents and negotiating, drafting and finalisation of finance and security documents.
